•Registration is $100 and is open until June 20th. At that time, divisions that are full will close. Any divisions with open spots will remain open but a late fee of $50 goes into effect. NO EXCEPTIONS. I will provide many reminders.

•Exact dates are not set yet, but practices will begin on or around August 4th and games start the weekend before school begins (8/16/25). There will be no games Labor Day weekend. The season will end for most teams near the end of October. In the fall, we have a post season tournament. Teams that do well advance to districts and even state tournaments. This can extend the season into early November.
•PLEASE do not make requests for your child to play on a team with friends, not even for carpools. The ONLY guarantee for kids to play with friends is for their parents to register to coach together.
•Please consider coaching! This organization cannot run smoothly without the help of many volunteers. GSSA will provide any help or support you need.
•TRYOUTS for JH or HS soccer teams: Tryouts for school teams are 8/1/25. If you need GSSA as a backup, we highly recommend that you register before 6/20/25. If your child makes the school soccer team, we will issue a full refund, minus processing or late fees. We will not issue a refund if your child decides to play for another soccer organization other than Sycamore Schools or if your child decides to play another sport other than soccer. If your child has not registered with GSSA and does not make the school team, we most likely will not have spots left on GSSA teams after 8/1/25.
Refunds will only be given in the following instances:
- Relocation from the area
- Medical exemptions (injury)
- Making a Sycamore Schools soccer team
I recommend reading through the FAQ’s on our website under the green “Registration” tab. This page gives helpful information about registration, how teams are formed, refunds, etc. By registering, you agree to all of these terms.
