1) How do I get a second practice

    Answer: 1 week before practice starts the final practice schedule will be posted on the web, find an open time and field and it is yours. I do not need to know.

2) If I need to schedule a game on a practice field, how do I do it?

    Answer: Identify if the field of choice and preferred time.  Next, contact your Level Coordinator and request the use of that field.

3) If I need to switch field prior to the final schedule how do I do that?

    Answer: Find a field and time that is on the web (as a draft schedule) contact the practice scheduler via E mail with the before and after field request.

4) What do I do if my field of choice on the final schedule has another team on it?

    Answer: Print the final schedule and keep it with you, verify what to issue is, if I made a scheduling mistake E mail me  (I keep all E mail requests) I will try to accommodate you as best I can. If one of the teams is an error share the printed schedule with         them
